Grace is the founder and principal solicitor of GEA Lawyers.


She has an outstanding track record, having been working in the legal industry for over 25 years, she first practised in Migration Law, then expanded into Property, Commercial, Family, and Criminal Law.


Grace designs solutions without litigation where possible and by litigating to successful conclusions where necessary, with the assistance of the GEA Commercial Team and guidance from an alliance of senior professionals in the legal industry.


Her many devoted clients expect and receive proactive and early advice, which focuses on setting a clear and realistic resolution strategy.


A keen ability to get to the heart of a matter, regardless of complexity, quickly and efficiently is one of her key strengths. Grace works mainly in an advisory role to GEA team leaders at this stage of her career and has devoted her skills to working on the governance of GEA and setting policies and directions for GEA Lawyers.


Grace's legal career commenced in 1998 with a focus on working in Migration Law and Administrative Appeals Tribunal matters. She has extensive experience working with high-net-worth business and investor applicants from the People's Republic of China and the Greater China Region. Grace volunteers her time with various Chinese Communities and Charities by providing support and pro-bono legal advice to people in need.


Life before GEA

Grace started her career as a Sole Practitioner in Migration Law in Sydney working for nearly 10 years before she joined Sydney of City Lawyers in 2009, where she served for five years before she established GEA Lawyers in Chatswood in 2014. Grace is gifted with four working Chinese languages and dialects.
