We also regularly handle joint ventures, single and multiple unit franchisees and franchisors.

GEA Lawyers further represent lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and preparation of loan documents for a range of purposes from real estate to other asset-based loans. We also represent lenders in the renegotiation and reorganisation of troubled loans.
